Rule 112
Work and Duties of the Ministry of Finance In addition to the work and duties mentioned elsewhere in the
Act and these regulations, the work and duties of the Ministry of Finance related to economic administration shall be as follows:-
(a) If the disbursement of any amount of any office has to be stopped in whole or in part, to stop the disbursement accordingly and inform the Comptroller General's Office, the relevant Treasury and Accounts Comptroller's Office and the constitutional bodies and agencies and the relevant ministries,
(b) If there is a need to arrange or transfer an amount that does not reach the approved budget of any office, the disbursement shall be within the scope of the Annual Appropriation Act and the Office of the Auditor General and the Office of the Comptroller General shall be notified thereof.
